Cardinal softball won all six of their games this week, defeating Van Meter, Grand View Christian, ACGC, West Central Valley, and Nodaway Valley. 

Earlham 4, Van Meter 0

Earlham defeated Van Meter 4-0 on June 29. 

Sophomore Grace Porter, junior Alli Boyle, sophomore Allison Beatty, and sophomore Morgan Mineart each scored one run. 

Eighth grader Cora Boyle pitched this game, allowing three hits and earning five strikeouts. 

Earlham 6, Grand View Christian 0

Earlham beat Grand View Christian 6-0 on June 30. 

Two runs each were scored by sophomores Grace Porter and Morgan Mineart. Junior Emma Jensen and sophomore Allison Beatty each scored one run. 

Junior Madeline Janssen pitched this game, allowing one hit and earning eight strikeouts. 

Earlham 11, ACGC 3

Earlham triumphed over ACGC 11-3 on July 1, bolstered by a six-run fifth inning. 

Two runs each were scored by sophomore Grace Porter, eighth grader Alexis Voss, eighth grader Katie Janssen, and sophomore Allison Beatty. Junior Alli Boyle, eighth grader Cora Boyle, and sophomore Morgan Mineart. 

Junior Madeline Janssen pitched this game, allowing two hits and earning 11 strikeouts. 

Earlham 8, West Central Valley 1

Earlham defeated West Central Valley 8-1 in the first half of their double header on Thursday. 

Sophomore Grace Porter scored three runs. Junior Alli Boyle scored two runs and hit a triple. Junior Emma Jensen, eighth grader Cora Boyle, and sophomore Morgan Mineart scored one run.

Earlham 20, West Central Valley 0

Earlham beat West Central Valley 20-0 in the second half of their double header on Thursday, aided by a 13-run first inning. 

Four runs each were scored by sophomore Grace Porter, junior Alli Boyle, and eighth grader Cora Boyle. Three runs were scored by junior Emma Jensen. Two runs each were scored by eighth grader Alexis Voss and sophomore Morgan Mineart. Eighth grader Katie Janssen scored one run.

Earlham triumphed over Nodaway Valley 7-2 on Monday.
