The sixth annual music and camping festival, curated for all those who love music and the outdoors, will be three days of deep summer fun in the Iowa countryside. 

The Avenue of the Saints Amphitheater and Event Center located at 3357 St. Charles Rd. in St. Charles will be rocking from Friday, July 31 through Sunday, Aug. 2. Tickets and camping passes for the event will go on sale Friday, Feb. 14, at 10 a.m.

Announced on Feb. 11, the 2020 bands scheduled to perform each day include Friday, July 31—Of Monsters and Men; Old Crow Medicine Show; Wallows; Orville Peck; Yola; Shura; and the Hex Girls. On Saturday, Aug. 1—Tyler Childers; KALEO; Tanya Tucker; The Devil Makes Three; Shooter Jennings; Paul Cauthen; The Dip; Kelsey Waldon; and Lillie Mae will take the stage. 

The final day of the concert, Sunday, Aug. 2, will feature Leon Bridges; Khruangbin; Mt. Joy; Weyes Blood; Hamilton Leithauser; Charley Crockett; and Bendigo Fletcher. 

Vincent Neil Emerson will round out the weekend’s entertainment.

Three-day VIP tickets, Saints passes, general admission tickets, and parking passes will all go on sale on Friday, 10 a.m. online. 

Ticket costs begin at $145 for a general admission three-day pass. The VIP ticket cost of $389 includes complimentary VIP camping and parking in an exclusive area adjacent to the festival grounds, VIP restrooms in the stage and camping areas; access to a special viewing area, VIP bar and lounge, five drink tickets, appetizers, and festival t-shirt. These tickets are available for participants 21+ only. 

A Saints pass includes all of the VIP perks plus free drinks during the festival, reserved parking spot, free access to a prime location camping area exclusive to Saints Pass holders, access to an elevated platform with unobstructed stage views and seating on the Saints Deck by the front of the house, limited edition signed screen printed poster, organic locally-sourced meats in the Saints Lounge, early entry to festival grounds, skip to the front of the line shuttle pass. This pass is available for 21+ concert goers only.

Organizers note that the VIP and Saints passes are extremely limited and have sold out early in past years. They strongly encourage those interested, to purchase their tickets early on Friday.

Children 12 and under will be admitted free to the festival when accompanied by a paying adult.

Few things top the feeling of hanging out in the sun watching your favorite bands and then heading “home” to your little spot on nearby earth. Parking passes on the festival grounds start at $25. Shuttles will also be available from Southridge Mall in Des Moines. Cost for a shuttle ride will be $20 for a three-day pass. It is also recommended to purchase parking and shuttle passes in advance.
